This Tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This Tutiorial was written on April 29th,2008 The tutorial was written and Created by me( Rachel ) For This Tutorial I used PSP X but you should be able to use any version. ~Supplies Needed~ Tubes of choice~I use the wonderful work of Anthony Guerra he is a licensed artist with CILM you can find his tubes here Font of Choice~Ruach LET Scrap Kit of choice or the one I used called Peep Show by TammyKat and Designs by Sara which I purchased at Pimp My Tags with Scraps Mask of choice or WSL_Mask36 by Chelle here -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ok lets get started! Open a 700 by 650 blank canvas and flood fill with white. Open up Frame of choice or the Frame circle from the kit I used.Copy and Paste as a New Layer.Open a paper of choice and your tube of choice.Click inside the middle of the frame with your magic wand and go to Seletcions~Modify~Expand by 4 and click ok.Copy and paste paper of choice as a new layer and Selections~Invert~Hit Delete on your keyboard~Select None.Now do the same as above with your tube.When finished in your layers palette change the blend mode of your tube to Luminace Legacy.Now Merge these visible.Give a slight drop shadow. I used 2,2,50,5.00 for the drop shadow. Now open any elements from the kit of choice and place to your liking.You can see my tag above for Elements used from the kit. Now above your white background copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.Add your mask of choice of the one by Chelle. You can add your mask by going to Layers~New Mask Layer~From Image~Find WSL_Mask36 and make sure Invert Mask Data is unchecked and Source Luminace is checked.Click ok.Merge Group. Now take the Pink and Black glitter from the kit and copy and paste as a new layer above your mask layer.Place to your liking. Add the approperate copyright and license if needed.
