This Tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This Tutiorial was written on August 17th,2008 The tutorial was written and Created by Rachel (Rachelz_Designz) For This Tutorial I used PSP X but you should be able to use any version. ~Supplies Needed~ Tube of choice~I use the fantastic art work of Elias Chatzoudis hes a licensed artist with MPT you can find his tubes here. Font of choice~Candace Scrap Kit of choice or the one I used by Twinky called Hey Girlfriend which you can find at Twinky Dezines. Missy's Template # 16 Which you can find and download on her blog Divine Intentionz. ***************************** Ok lets get started! Open Missy's Template in PSP. Where going to actually use her canvas the template is on. Delete the © layer. * In your layers palette making sure your on the shape layer go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat and copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit as a new layer once happy with placement go to Selections,Invert,hit Delete on your keyboard and Select None.Rename this layer paper 1 and delete the shape layer.Your going to do the same with the rectangle layer naming the paper layer Rectangle 1,heart layer which would be paper heart layer and Thin Rectangle layer rename Thin paper layer.Make sure you delete the template layers when you have your paper layers. * Now to add your tube! Making sure Rectangle layer is highlighted in your layer palette go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat and copy and paste a tube of choice as a new layer.Resize if needed.Duplicate your tube and hide it.Click on your unhidden tube layer and go to Selections,Invert,hit Delete on your keyboard,Select None.Now unhide your duplated tube layer.Taking your eraser tool erase any over hanging from your tube on the bottom of the tag.You can see my tag above for reference. Add any elements from the kit you can see my tag above for elements used and placement. When finished adding elements hide your white background layer and merge all visible.Unhide white layer. * Now Dupliacte your tag and go to Image,Rotate,Free Rotate,Left 30.00 and click ok.Duplicate this layer and go to Image,Mirror.Make sure both of these layers are below your main tag layer.Hide all layers except your bottom two and Merge the two bottom layers visible.Go to Effects,Texture Effects,Blinds with these settings Width 18,Opacity 24 Color Black, make sure Horizontal and Light from top are both checked and click ok. Now add your name and give a slight drop shadow. * Add approperate copyright and license number if you've use a licensed artist. Dont forget to give yourself credit for making the tag.
