Happy New Year

This Tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This Tutiorial was written on January2 2nd,2009 The tutorial was written and Created by Rachel (Rachelz_Designz) For This Tutorial I used PSP 12 ~Supplies Needed~ Tubes of choice~I used the fantastic art work ofKeith Gravey Hes a licensed artist with My PSP Tubes. Any Font Of Choice I used Ephesis By ROB Scrap Kit of choice or the one I used by Diane called Happy New Year which you can find at Candys Treats it is a PTU (Pay To Use) kit. Ali's Template #51 Which you can find and download from her blog Designs By Ali. Ok lets get started! Open Ali's Template in PSP. Where going to actually use her canvas the template is on so delete the copyright layer. On the very bottom layer the "Circle Back" go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat and copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. Once finshed with that go to Selections, Invert and Hit Delete On Your Keyboard then Selections, Select None. Name the paper layer Circle Back and delete the Template Layer Give the Circle Layer a drop shadow of 3,3,50,5.00. On the next layer "Circle Frame" follow the steps above and name the paper layer Circle Frame and delete the Template layer. Do the same for the Big Heart Frame Layer, Rectangle Frame Layer, Small Circle Frames and Heart Frame Small. On Your Rectangle Back Layer go to Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat and Copy and Paste a paper of choice as a new layer. Once Happy go to Selections, Invert and Hit Delete Now Selections, Invert. Now add a tube of choice as a new layer and palce to your liking and once happy with palcement and size go to Selections, Invert, hit Delete on your keyboard name the paper layer Rectangle Back and your tube layer Tube #1 and delete the template layer once finished make sure your paper layer is below your Circle Frame layer and your tube is as well. Your going to do the above for each of these layers.... Big Heart Back, and Inside Hearts Small. Making sure your on your Small Circles Layer go to Selections, Float, Defloat and copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. Then Selections, Invert and hit Delete on your keyboard. Name the paper layer Small Circles and delete the Template Layer. Now add your Elements You can see my tag above for elements used if use the same kit I have. You may have to resize a bit I rezied mine by 50% and placed them around the tag. You can feel free to see my tag above for reference and placement or feel free to do your own thing. :) You can give all Elements a drop shadow of 3,3,50,5.00 Dont forget to give your tubes a slight drop shadow of choice. Now add approperate copyright and license number if needed. Add your name and give that a slight drop shadow of choice. Merge Image and save as a png. Thats it your done!
