Beautiful Winter

This Tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP. This Tutiorial was written on January 17th,2009 The tutorial was written and Created by Rachel (Rachelz_Designz) For This Tutorial I used PSP 12 ~Supplies Needed~ Tubes of choice~I used the fantastic art work of Keddy Davis Hes a licensed artist with MPT. Font used Passions Ephesis by ROB. Scrap Kit of choice or the one I used by Twinky called Frosted Winter and you can find this fantastic kit at Twinky Dezines. Missy's Template #114 Which you can find and download from her blog Divine Intentionz. Ok lets get started! Open Missy's Template in PSP. Where going to actually use her canvas the template is on so delete the copyright layer. Resize all layers by 130% Just gives us alot of room to work. On the Square 1 Layer in your layers Palette go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat and copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer then go to Selections,Invert now copy and paste a tube of choice as a new layer and once happy with placement and size go to Selections,Invert and hit Delete on your keyboard. Selections,Select None. Name the paper layer Square 1 Layer and delete the Template Layer. On the Circle layer go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat,and copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.Selections,Invert and hit Delete on your keyboard. Name the paper Brush layer and delete the template layers. Now on Square 2 go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat. Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer then go to Selections,Invert and hit Delete on your keyboard then Selections,Select None. . Name the paper layers Square 2 and delete the template layers. Now if your using the beautiful kit I have you can add any elements you'd like to. If your using a differnt kit wonderful do you own little thing. If you'd Like to use the elements I have continue Take one of the Frosted Tags from the kit and resize by 50% you may need to do this twice. Place on the left hand corner of your tag then go to Image,Rotate,20.00 Right and click ok. Now place under the staple so it looks as thought thats whats holding it on the tag. Now take the snowflakes from the kit and resize by 50% twice and palce around your tag. If needed you can see my tag above for placement. Grab one of the bows and place on the right upper corner of the tag. Now grab one of the bells and palce underneath the bow. You can slant the bell by going to Image,Rotate with settings at 20.00 to the right and click ok. You can also grab a jungle bell and do the same with the other corner. Again you can see my tag above for reference. Take the Frosted Stars and Pearls and place this behind your tube layer. You can see my tag above if needed for placement. We're going to Animate this in a bit. You can now give your tube a drop shadow of choice and your elements if you'd like. Now add approperate copyright and license number if needed. Add your name and give that a slight drop shadow of choice. If you'd like to Animate continue reading. On your Frosted Starts and Pearls layer go to DSB Flux,Bright Noise with setting at 45 click Mix once and on your tag Copy Merge. Over in Animation Shop Paste as a New Layer. Back over in PSP click the back arrow to undo your animation. Now your going to do the exact same thing but just click Mix twice. Copy Merge your tag and bring over into Animation Shop and Paste After Current Frame. You should now have 2 frames. Back over in PSP click the back arrow to undo the animation. Do the same as above once more but this time click Mix three times. Now Copy Merge your tag one more time and over in Animation Shop making sure your on your 2nd frame Paste After Current Frame.
