This Tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

For This Tutorial I used PSP 12
~Supplies Needed~
Tubes of choice~I used the fantastic art work of Keith Garvey
Hes a licensed artist with MPT.
Font used Living Hell which can be found HERE.
Scroll down just a bit to find the Font.
Scrap Kit of choice or the one I used by Missy called
Bad Girlfriend and you can find this fantastic kit at Scraps with Attitude.
Missy's Template #90
Which you can find and download from her blog Divine Intentionz.
Ok lets get started!
Open Missy's Template in PSP.
Where going to actually use her canvas the template is on so delete the copyright layer.
Resize All Layers by 120%
It just gives us enough room to work with.
On the Frame Background Layer in your layers Palette go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat and copy and
paste a paper of choice as a new layer then go to Selections,Invert
and hit Delete on your keyboard.Selections,Invert.Now copy and paste a tube of choice as a new layer.
Once happy with placement and size go to Selections,Invert and hit Delete on your keyboard then
Selections,Invert.Copy and paste the same tube as a new layer and place behind the 1st tube and off to the side
Now Selections, Invert and Hit Delete on your keyboard then Selections,Invert.
Do the above once more.
Now on the 2nd tube change the opacity to 50% then one the 3rd tube down to 50%
Name the paper layer Rectangle and your tube layers Tube 1,2,and 3.
On the Frame Layer go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat,and copy and paste
a paper of choice as a new layer.Selections,Invert and hit Delete on your keyboard.
Name the paper Frame and delete the template layers.
Now on Rectangle Layer go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat.
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer then go to Selections,Invert and hit
Delete on your keyboard then Selections,Select None.
. Name the paper layer Rectangle and delete the template layers.
Making sure your on the Thin Rectnagle in your layers Palette go to Selections,Select All,Float,Defloat
Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer and once happy with placement Selections,Invert,Delete
Selections, Select None name the paper layer Thin Rectangle and delete the template layer.
Now if your using the beautiful kit I have you can add any elements you'd like to.
If you'd Like to use the elements I have continue
Take one of the buttons from the kit and resize by 50% twice.
Now copy and paste it as a new image and place it above one of the smaller stars.
Do the same with te other smaller star taking another button and placing it above it.
Now take one more button ad resize by 50% then 75% and copy and paste as a new layer.
Place it right above the bigger star at the bottom left hand side or the tag.
Now Delete the Star Layer in your layers palette.
Now in the kit taking one of the banners copy and paste as a new image.
Now resize by 50% you may have to do so twice.
Now go to Image,Free Rotate and rotate to the Left by 20 degrees and click ok.
Place the banner on the bottom of your tag.
You can see my tag above for placement.
If the banner seems a little blurry you can fix this by going to
Adjust,Sharpen and click on Sharpen.
It will fix the image.
Now taking one of the Beads from the kit copy and paste as a new image.
Resize by 50% I did mine twice and placed it in the upper left hand of my tag.
You can see my tag above if needed.
Open one of the bows from the kit and resize by 50% three times and
copy and paste as a new image and place above the bead to make it look as if its holding it.
Taking one of the Bad Girlfriend Word arts you can resize this by 50% twice
and place on your tag.
You can see my tag above for placement.
Now dupliacte your Rectangle,Thin Rectangle, and Frame Back.
Go to Adjust,Blur,Gaussian Blur and make sure this is set to 15.00
click ok and go to Effects,VM Extravaganza,Transmission and apply defult sttings on each duplicate layer.
Now add approperate copyright and license number if needed.
Add your name and give that a slight drop shadow of choice.
Then go to Effects,Texture Effects,Blinds and click ok.
Merge Image and save as a png.
Thats it your done!
