This Tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

For This Tutorial I used PSP 12

~Supplies Needed~
Tubes of choice~I used the fantastic art work of Ismael Rac
Hes a licensed artist with MPT.
Font of choice
Scrap Kit of choice or the one I used by Diane called
Oh Christmas Tree which you can find at Candys Treats it is a PTU (Pay To Use) kit.

Ok lets get started!
This is a very easy tutorial so have fun!

Open a new Image 600 by 600 and copy and paste frame CY bear Gifts 3 as a new layer.
Taking your magic wand making sure Feather is at 0 and Tolerence is at 20 click in the center of your frame.
Go to Selections,Modify,Expand by 3 and click ok.
Now copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer.
Go to Selections,Invert,and hit Delete on your keyboard.
then Selections,Select None.
Make sure you paper layer is below your frame layer in your layers palette.

Now on your frame layer again click in the center with your maigc wand with the same settings as above.
Copy and paste as a new layer a tube or tube of choice and once happy with placement and size of each tube
go to Selections,Invert and hit delete your going to do this for each tube one by one.
Give the tube or tubes inside the frame a drop shadow of 3,3,50,5.00.

Now copy and paste you main tube as a new layer.
Give it a slight drop shadow of choice.

Give all paper layers a slight drop shadow of choice.
Add any elements from the kit and give them a slight drop shadow as well.
If your using the same kit as I have your can see my tag above for elements used and placement.
I didnt use to many from the kit because of the frame I used.

Now add approperate copyright and license number if needed.
Add your name and give that a slight drop shadow of choice.
Merge Image and save as a png.
